MADRID, March 4 (Xinhua) -- Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares on Wednesday denied claims by the White House that Spain had agreed to "cooperate" with the U.S. military, calling the statement "categorically false," according to Spanish newspaper El Confidencial.
