Cloud9 parted ways with three coaches ahead of the League of Legends Championship Series' 2022 season.

The Los Angeles-based organization announced the departures of Alfonso "mithy" Aguirre Rodriguez, Yeu-jin "Reignover" Kim and Jonathan "Westrice" Nguyen in a series of tweets Tuesday night.

The three former pro players will be seeking new opportunities ahead of the 2022 competitive cycle.

A former support, mithy coached Fnatic in 2019 before joining Cloud9's coaching staff in December 2020. The 27-year-old Spaniard played for Origen, Team SoloMid, G2 Esports, Ninjas in Pyjamas and others.

Reignover began coaching with Cloud9 in May 2019. The 26-year-old South Korean had a lengthy playing career as a jungler with Counter Logic Gaming, Team Liquid, Immortals and Fnatic.

A former top laner with Complexity Gaming and others, Westrice was the longest-tenured coach of the trio. The 29-year-old American joined Cloud9 in 2018 and spent most his time as head coach of C9's Academy squad.
